This forum on “The Past and Future of Global Observing” engages the IGARSS 2010 plenary speakers of the Agencies Panel in a dialogue with the audience. With the evolving programs in earth observation systems, the dialogue will look to the future, addressing both national and international directions. Audience questions will be encouraged during this unique forum.
The forum is moderated by Dr. Shelby Tilford and includes Mike Freilich, NASA; Yves-Louis Desnos, ESA; Haruhisa Shimoda, JAXA; and Johannes Loschnigg, OSTP.
